Scotty's House

Each year, AggieCon holds an auction benefitting Scotty's House, a non-profit child advocacy center in Bryan-College Station, Texas. Scotty's House serves child victims of sexual and physical abuse, child witnesses to domestic violence and felony offenses, and assists community professionals in a variety of legal and medical fields. Its goals are to provide a safe, secure environment for children moving through the Child Protective Services system and to educate the community about the problem of child abuse.

We raised over $2,700 for Scotty's House at AggieCon 31, surpassing the total from AggieCon 30 by $600 with the aid of auctioneers Harlan Ellison, Cat Conrad, and Myhr, and our goal this year is to top that. We deeply appreciate any donations you can provide to aid us in reaching our goal.

If you have any items you would like to donate to the AggieCon 2001 Charity Auction, or if you have questions or comments, please contact Ron Hunt, the Charity Auction Director, by email at nightsabre@neo.tamu.edu, by telephone at (979) 845-1515, fax to (979) 845-5117, or snail-mail:
